All product will ship from distribution warehouse or from out store.
Orders placed before 1pm central time should ship same day, Head to Tail Pet Supplies will not be held liable for delivery delays resulting in missing or unreliable order information or manufacturer/distribution warehouse delays or errors.
Returns
Returns of Unopened hardware products will be accepted and a credit applied to customers account for future purchases, a restocking fee may be assessed and applied against customer credit.
If returned product appears to have been opened, a picture of the product will be emailed to the customer and no credit will applied to customers account.
Customer is liable for return shipping charges of all products.
